Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Hello hello! It has been months since my last update!
I shall be a bit more diligent in organizing my info, hope it won't be too lengthy!

I've been busy with costumes, travelling and my job and it has been pretty good so far! I hope I could keep this energy all the way to year end

Let me explain some highlights that I didn't manage to write since July D:

Mid July: Sydney was aweeeeeeeeeeeesome. I wished I could stay longer, Aus cosplayers were all SO NICE TO ME I'M ALMOST IN TEARS;; I didn't manage to say hi to every single one that I stalked/know via online, so hope to meet them when I step to Aussieland again~
brought 4 costumes for this 5-day trip so you can totally imagine my stress about getting ready on time/ travelling etc. Thank goodness I have friends who could offer help! Would have been a bad trip without all of them *_*

Early Sept:Was helping out my sister who did Mistress of Pain in Diablo3 and she won 1st in The Games Expo 2012 cosplay comp! Overjoyed when our efforts/sleepless nights paid off! I completed part of the spider legs and her makeup on that day. Was worried that the SFX makeup would be too strong but it looks pretty decent in photos and videos so I assume that's a pass for myself! We've yet to have a proper celebration dinner so hopefully it'll be soon >.<

Early Sept: Went to STGCC with Vic and her Junior as Persona4 trio team and it was pretty enjoyable~ you guys can watch this slight NSFW? cosplay interview here lol [link] will have screaming etc so don't say I didnt warn you!

Late Sept~Early Oct: I went to Japan for a TV program called BSS Matsuri, held in Tottori. It was a good experience to be involved in a live show, where you could interact with Japanese audience as well as the broadcast staff! Met other cosplayers from Hong Kong and Korea and they are all SO ADORABLE I WANT TO EAT THEM ALL UP;; I extended this trip and thus managed to visit other parts of Japan such as Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. It was definitely a dream come true to be able to visit Japan with your own ability and also as a Copslayer

Hope I could visit Japan again, but this time with more of my close buddies! Last but not least, big thank you to my sister who organized the extended trip and making sure everything would go smoothly

The other important thing was...I finally went for a BUCK-TICK live gig and it was ecstatic!!!! >////A////< MY JAPANESE BOYSZZZZ

I didn't cry because I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO CRY;;; I was jumping and yelling everywhere for them! I DO HOPE THAT this would not be the last live that I'm going~

Late October: Those who are friends with me in Facebook should know~ I will be going to Wonder Copslay Festival again this Halloween! I am nervous arghhh !!!!! Would be going with Frank (SG) , Darcy (Aus) , Aly (Aus) and K (Aus), ALL THE AUSxSINGxKOR TIMES I AM SO LOOKING FORWARD ~ Any recommendations for watching maple leaves in Seoul / one-say sightseeing would be MARVELOUS!

Ok, so back to the main topic. I'm pretty much done for AFA day 1 but I'm worried for day 2 D:! I might drop day 1 if things gets worse, but I'll try my best to attend because I want to bond more with cosplay friends~ T.M Revolution is coming for the concert and I BOUGHT MY TICKETS......OH MY GOD~~~~~~~~~~~~ HE'LL ROCK THE STAGE!!!
